My cat doesn't have any bugs, does it still need to be dewormed?

Cats need to be dewormed even if they don't have any worms, because deworming is preventive and needs to be done regularly. If you only do it when parasites are present, it is considered therapeutic deworming. Too many parasites may lead to many secondary diseases. Cats are generally dewormed externally once a month and internally once every three months. In addition, do not use the same deworming medicine for a long time.

Symptoms of parasite infection in cats:

1. Frequent vomiting. If a cat is infected with parasites, it will experience symptoms such as nausea and vomiting.

2. Physical discomfort, excessive hair loss, and susceptibility to skin diseases.

3. Abnormally high body temperature or hot ears.

4. Pale gums, anemia or bloody stools.

5. There are large red rashes on the skin or the person often licks and bites certain parts of the body, such as the buttocks.

6. There are foreign objects in the excrement.
