CATDOLL : How to treat cat ear mites

How to treat cat ear mites

Cats with ear mites are very easy to treat. First, we wash the ears. Generally speaking, we drop ear wash liquid near the cat's ears. We can rub the ear roots for 30 seconds, let go and let the cat shake its head, and wipe the ears clean. Then, we can apply ear medicine. After cleaning, we can squeeze a pea-sized ear medicine into the external auditory canal, massage the bottom of the ear, and clean the auricle with ointment. Generally speaking, once a day for 21 consecutive days is OK.

Ear mites, also known as "ear scabies", are a common ear canal parasite. Normally, they feed on blood, lymph and scales of the ear canal epidermis. They are highly contagious. Once discovered, they need to be isolated in time.
