Kittens can get the cat triple vaccine and rabies vaccine by themselves. When a kitten is first immunized, it should be injected with three shots of cat triple vaccine and one shot of rabies vaccine. If the owner knows how to do it, he can vaccinate the kitten by himself. If the owner has no experience, it is not recommended that the owner do it by himself, which may affect the effect of immunization and even hurt the kitten.

Precautions for kitten vaccination

1. Cats can only be vaccinated after they are 60 days old. When cats are not weaned, they will obtain maternal antibodies through their mother's milk. After cats are weaned at about one and a half months, they should be given time to adapt. Only when they have a certain resistance of their own can they be vaccinated.

2. Don’t vaccinate your cat right after you bring it home. You need to wait one to two weeks for the cat to adapt to the new environment before you can vaccinate it. Cats are easily stressed when they change their environment, and the owner is not sure if the cat has any disease, so you need to observe it for a while.

3. Cats can only be vaccinated when they are completely healthy. Vaccines contain attenuated toxins. After a cat is vaccinated, the attenuated toxins will stimulate the cat to produce antibodies. If a cat is vaccinated in an unhealthy state, the attenuated toxins in the vaccine can easily cause the cat to become ill.
