1. Pond treatment: The pond bottom is flat, preferably sandy soil, with silt as the bottom. Before stocking, use quicklime to sprinkle on the bottom of the pond. After 7-10 days, inject new water twice. 2. Stocking: In late April, when the water temperature is stable at 10°C, 2500-5000 fry with a size of 15-35g/tail are placed per mu of pond. 3. 1. Introduction to the breeding method of yellow bone fish

1. Pond treatment

(1) The pond bottom should be flat and preferably sandy, and the thickness of the bottom silt leakage barrier should be controlled at about 10 cm.

(2) Before stocking, drain the water from the pond, then use 150 kg of quicklime per acre of pond, spread it evenly on the bottom of the pond, and then mix the lime and bottom mud evenly.

(3) About 7-10 days after disinfection, inject 80cm of new water into the pond and then put small fish in to test the water. When it is confirmed to be safe, deepen the pond water level to more than 2m.

2. Free range

(1) Stock the fish in late April when the water temperature is stable at around 10°C. Before stocking, bathe the fish in 5% salt water for about 10-15 minutes.

(2) Stock 2,500 to 5,000 fry weighing 15 to 35 grams per acre of pond. If the fry are larger, reduce the stocking amount appropriately. At the same time, you can also stock 200 silver carp and bighead carp.

3. Feeding

(1) The protein content in the complete feed is required to be around 35-45%, and the crude fat content is required to be around 5-8%. The artificial feed formula is 30-40% fish meal, 20-30% soybean cake, 10-35% vegetable cake, 15-18% second-grade flour, 10-15% rice bran, and 2-5% appetite-inducing and growth-promoting additives.

(2) Around April, feed twice a day at a daily feed amount of about 1-3% of the fish's body weight. From May to September, feed 3-4 times a day at a daily feed amount of about 3-5% of the fish's body weight. After October, feed twice a day at a daily feed amount of about 1-2% of the fish's body weight.

(3) When feeding bait, it should be fed at a fixed point and the feeding location should not be changed at will.

4. Management

(1) The pH of the water body is controlled between 6 and 9.

(2) The water transparency should be above 35cm. From May to June, change the water every 30 days, injecting 30cm of new water each time. From July to September, change the water every 15 days, injecting 15cm of new water each time. The pond water depth should be kept at about 2m.

(3) On sunny days, turn on the aerator to increase oxygen for 1 hour in the early morning and after noon. On rainy, thundering, hot and humid weather, turn on the aerator in advance to increase oxygen, and keep the dissolved oxygen content in the water above 3 mg/L.

2. How long is the breeding cycle of yellow bone fish?

1. The breeding cycle of yellow croaker is related to factors such as environmental temperature, breeding species, and feeding management.

2. Generally speaking, the breeding period of yellow croaker is about 12-13 months. If it is in a relatively warm area, the breeding period is about 12 months. If it is in a relatively cold area, the breeding period is about 13 months.

3. If the fish is raised with only realgar bone, the breeding cycle is about 10-11 months.

4. During the breeding process, feeding management will directly affect the breeding cycle of yellow croaker. Generally, feeding feed with higher protein content can increase the growth rate of yellow croaker and shorten the growth cycle.
