1. Bottom mud and yellow water: ADA mud, Nitli shrimp mud, fairy soil, and pond mud are all prone to yellow water.

2. Yellow water from driftwood and terminalia leaves: If the driftwood is newly bought, no matter how you cook it, yellow water will appear to varying degrees after it is placed in the jar.

3. Imperfect nitrification system: The leaves of aquatic plants are rotten, and there are too many leftover baits and feces in the bottom sand. The nitrification system cannot decompose them in time, resulting in a slight yellow water phenomenon.

The yellow water phenomenon caused by reasons 1 and 2 can be ignored. For the yellow water caused by reason 3, you can just increase water changes, add some nitrifying bacteria, and reduce feeding.
