CATDOLL : CATDOLL: How to store golden cicada to keep it fresh

1. If you pick the cicadas yourself, you need to wash them and dry them, then put them in a glass bottle and store them in a cool and dry place.

2. Wash the cicada clean and soak it in medicine. It can usually be preserved for more than a year.

3. Wash the cicada and put it in boiling water for 3-5 minutes to sterilize it. Take it out and cool it in clean water. Then put the cicada in a container (preferably a plastic container) and add water until it is submerged. Finally, put it in the freezer of the refrigerator and freeze it into ice cubes.

How to preserve Golden Cicada without it turning black:

1. Cryopreservation: Rinse the collected cicadas with clean water to remove mud and debris. Then add 2% salt and 1% alkali to the clean water and boil it. Put the cleaned cicadas into the boiling water, stir, and take them out after 3-5 minutes. Then wait for the cicadas to cool thoroughly and put them in the freezer for quick freezing.

2. Vacuum storage: Wash, remove mud and impurities. Then boil for 3-5 minutes and finally vacuum pack.
