Suizhou Tongxing Agriculture is currently recruiting for the following positions:

• Farm technician
• Implant Assistant
• Farming manager

Recruitment requirements

1. Farm technician

• Bachelor degree or above, major in agronomy, agricultural machinery, etc. is preferred.
• Familiar with agricultural production technology and possess basic knowledge of animal and plant disease and pest control.
• Able to complete agricultural production plans independently and possess good organizational and coordination skills.
• Proficient in using agricultural machinery and equipment, and have certain maintenance experience.

2. Implant Assistant

• High school degree or above, majors in agronomy, horticulture, etc. are preferred.
• Be familiar with agricultural product planting techniques, and understand the use and principles of fertilizers and pesticides.
• Possess good patience and carefulness, and be able to complete the planting and maintenance of crops on time.
• Have a certain team spirit and be able to cooperate with other planting assistants to complete the management of the park.

3. Farming manager

• Bachelor degree or above, major in animal husbandry, animal science, etc. is preferred.
• Understand breeding techniques and master the basic knowledge of disease prevention and control and daily management.
• Familiar with the breeding, feeding and farming management techniques of livestock and poultry cultivation.
• Have good sense of responsibility, communication and coordination skills, and be able to organize and coordinate breeding work.

4. Farm Manager

• College degree or above, majoring in agricultural management or other related fields is preferred.
• Candidates with farm management experience are preferred and are familiar with standardized agricultural management processes.
• Able to independently complete daily management work of the farm, including personnel management, material management, etc.
• Have good organization, communication and coordination skills, and be able to coordinate various tasks within the farm.

5. Material buyer

• College degree or above, majors in agricultural economics, procurement management, etc. are preferred.
• Be familiar with the agricultural product market and prices, have certain supplier resources, and be able to effectively control procurement costs.
• Possess good market analysis and negotiation skills and be able to collaborate effectively with suppliers.
• Responsible for farm material procurement, quality inspection and inventory management.
