When breeding loaches in the winter, you need to use a heater to raise the water temperature.

4. Regular inspections

When breeding loaches, you need to inspect the pond once every morning and evening. If you find any dead loaches, you must immediately remove the bodies from the pond and remove any uneaten bait from the pond to prevent the feed from spoiling. You must also check whether the pond is leaking water and whether any loaches have escaped.
